Who may use the Citizen-facing Website/Application services contract?

All Virginia public bodies, including state agencies, universities, school systems and localities, can use the eGov contract.

States other than the Commonwealth of Virginia may secure the services under this contract through reciprocal procurement agreements.

What services are offered on Contract VA-190906-STVN?

All services for Hosting, Development, Operations/Maintenance, Full Life-cycle support, and Payment Processing that are directly associated with a specific website or application being developed and managed by Supplier.

We are on a current Hosting & OEM contract, how do we participate using the new contract?

If you are a current customer with SiteVision on the Hosting Services Contract VA-120416-STVN, we will be reaching out to you the initial weeks of the contract award.

We need a new website. How do we get started?

You may get started by reaching out to us so we can discuss your needs and options to best meet your needs. We will work with you to nail down requirements and provide you with a SOW. Once the SOW has been reviewed and approved by VITA, we will begin work. All projects have clearly defined milestones where we present completed deliverables to ensure your project is moving forward on time and on budget.
